Hibiscus teas are soothing, and some studies have even shown that they reduce high blood pressure. This spicy hibiscus tea blend is perfect for a chilly fall night. Just steep one-half teaspoon of dried hibiscus flower with one teaspoon of crushed ginger and a chopped stalk of lemongrass in a cup of boiling water.
