Ginger is excellent for digestion and soothing an upset stomach, but ginger tea is pretty pricey at the grocery store. It turns out it’s simple to whip up your own ginger tea at home! All you need is
some fresh ginger, boiling water, lemon juice, and honey.
To make a ginger tea blend, just pour the hot, steeped ginger tea over a tea bag or tea ball of your choice and steep for a few minutes more. Green, black, or chamomile teas go nicely with ginger.
