Eco-Friendly and Handmade Business Cards

Want to green your crafty business? Choosing eco-friendly marketing materials is a great first step.

When you’re running a crafty business, you need some kind of promotional materials to hand out at craft markets or any other time you run into potential customers. For the ethical crafter, though, this presents a bit of a dilemma. Conventional marketing materials, like business cards, can be pretty rough on the environment. From the paper they’re printed on to the inks, those run-of-the-mill cards probably don’t align very well with your business ethic, right?

Luckily, you’ve got options! There are companies that print green business cards, and many of the bigger printing companies are now offering greener options. If you want to opt out of that whole system, you can also make your own business cards from reclaimed materials.
