4. Picture Frame from an Old Motherboard

Curbly shows us how to use a reclaimed motherboard to make an awesome upcycled picture frame. Don’t have a FreeGeek space by you? Don’t fret! Check out your local Freecycle or Craigslist for old motherboards. You can also try contacting electronics stores and asking them if they have any broken ones on hand.

He mentions it in the video, but I think it bears repeating: play it safe when you’re working with electronics. Grab some safety goggles and a dust mask before you start cutting into that circuit board or memory stick.
