2. Short Sleeved Men’s Shirt to Summer Dress
Gianny L shows us how to turn an oversized men’s top into a super cute dress for summer. All you need besides the shirt are your sewing machine, some elastic, and a pretty pin to spice things up. If you’re not into short dresses, you could pair this with some leggings or skinny jeans instead. This would also make a cute cover up for the beach.
I’m not big on strapless dresses, so I might be inclined to add a braided tie to my summer dress, like in the shirred top we just saw.

On the shirring do you use regular thread on the top and the elastic thread on the bobbin?
