Bike Crafts for National Bike Month

There’s just a week left in National Bike Month, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to get your bike-friendly craft on. Let’s make it bike month every month!

Riding bikes is more than just good for your health. Every mile you go on two wheels is one less mile you’re spending in an emission-emitting car. While riding bikes instead of driving might seem daunting at first, once you get in the swing of cycling, it will start to get easier. You don’t have to sell the car and ride your bike everywhere, after all. Try just using your bike for short errands (two miles or less). You can even combine bike and car to shave some miles off of longer trips! Just toss your bike into the car, park a couple of miles from your destination, and ride the rest of the way.

Still feeling a bit overwhelmed? Don’t fret! These bike-themed crafts are sure to inspire you to use pedal power!
