Fab Fabrics: New Organic Cotton Designs from Daisy Janie

Daisy Janie New Fabric

We love Daisy Janie around here! She’s a sustainable fabric designer from way back, and it’s great to see an old favorite still keeping things fresh with new collections and beautiful patterns and colors.

Designer Jan DiCintio – aka Daisy Janie – has been designing fabrics on organic cotton since way back in 2004, and each new collection she releases rocks my socks. Her new line – New Leaf – is no exception! As always, her new fabrics are printed on GOTS-certified organic cotton, which is the highest standard in organic fibers.

The line features rich, bold colors, like lemon yellows, deep reds, and a beautiful plum:

She only fulfills wholesale orders through her site, but you can snag New Leaf yardage through a ton of retailers, both online and brick and mortar. Check out the complete list of Daisy Janie retailers on her site!

If you want to do double duty with your shopping dollars, I’d suggest picking up your yardage from one of the Etsy sellers that offers Daisy Janie fabrics. That way, you’re not only supporting a sustainable fabric designer, but you’re helping an indie business thrive!
