5 Eco-Friendly Organizing Projects

 5. Cereal Box Stationary Organizer by Katydid and Kid

At our house, my roommates and I have the hardest time keeping all of our mail organized, so I am totally adoring this project from Kathleen at Katydid and Kid. Kathleen took a cereal box, a utility knife, scrapbook paper, and glue, and transformed it into something functional. I can imagine this on a desk or on a table in a foyer (to drop the mail in). You could also make one for each of your children to store their homework or artwork in.
