How-to: Make an Origami Puffy Heart Mobile

origami puffy heart mobile

There’s something so sweet about little origami puffy hearts!

You can buy special strips of paper just for making puffy hearts, but you can also fold your own out of whatever reclaimed paper you like! You just need strips that are about 1″ X 6″, and you can cut them from junk mail, vintage stationery, magazines pages, old notebook paper…really, you’re only limited by what paper you have on hand.

You can really make this mobile out of any origami shapes you like! Paper cranes would be really cute in this project! You only need a few simple craft supplies to make an origami mobile, so grab that reclaimed paper, some scrap cardboard, and get ready to raid your crafty stash!
