Cosa Verde & Modish Earth Day Giveaway!

We sure do like our contests and giveaways around here. And it’s all to your benefit! So before I tell you about the latest one – have you entered to win a copy of Sewing Green yet? Only one more day! I love reading about all of your great upcycled project ideas. So keep it up!

Now keep your thinking caps on because you’ll need your amazing eco-consciousness to help you with this next contest.

In celebration of Earth Day, Modish and Cosa Verde have teamed up to giveaway an amazing prize pack of eco-goodness for the occasion. I am simply in awe of the amount of goodies in this giveaway.

This swoon-worthy prize pack is worth $1375. Now, that’s what I call an Earth Day celebration. And at the end of giveaway, they will choose 4 very lucky winners randomly to take home a share of all the incredible goods, worth almost $350 each! There are 45 items in this plethora of eco-goodness from 39 talented artists.

To enter head on over to Modish and follow these instructions:

  • We all know the “3 Rs” of Earth Day, right? Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Choose an item you love from any of the contributors above and note how it addresses one or more of those 3 Rs- then come back here and leave a comment on this post letting us know which shop you visited and how their goods are helping reduce, reuse or recycle. That’s it!
  • You can enter multiple times by visiting various shops, just leave one comment per shop you visit (that’ll increase your chances of winning)
  • Be sure to leave your first name and last initial so I can differentiate between entries, along with your email address
  • You have until Sunday, April 26th at 11:59pm PST to enter. 4 winners will be chosen randomly the following Monday and notified by email.

For a change to win you must enter at Modish.

Now go! And celebrate the Earth and all things eco-crafty.

  1. Cosa Verde has really put the two Rs with their Michale Recycle bad (which I love). It’s produced from the excess fabric of newly made clothing – and 20% Bottle Bag material – material made from 100% RECYCLED soda bottles. This unique manufacturing process saves land, energy and water (REDUCING).
