Fab Fabrics: Naturally Modern

There is a newly stocked eco fabric shop on Etsy called Naturally Modern.  Specializing in eco friendly, hand printed fabrics, Naturally Modern carries a variety of limited edition and out of print fabrics.  The selection includes prints from the original Mod Green Pod collection, from Lara Cameron formerly of Kirin & Co. (now Ink & Spindle), and Tenfold Organics. In addition to fabric yardage, Naturally Modern has a small selection of home decor and fabric remnants.  If you do lots of arts and crafts projects the remnant section is a great resource for scraps and larger pieces without the investment in a full yard.

I mentioned before that the majority of the fabric at Naturally Modern is limited edition or out of print, meaning they are virtually impossible to find anywhere else.  It also means if you see a print you like you better snatch it up before it is gone.  There is very limited yardage of all designs.  Naturally Modern aims to offer an ever evolving and revolving selection of modern, sustainable, hand-printed fabrics.

  3. I love these fabrics and will definitely check them out on etsy. I make little girl dresses and would love to make some out of these fabrics. The fact that they are organic is a huge plus!

I have a Mid-Century and decorative furnishing gallery and have used Nancy Mims organic prints in the past, but am excited to find new alternatives.
