It’s never too early to think about your garden this upcoming spring. To make gardening a little easier, sometimes it’s better to start your seeds indoors and then transplant them outside when they’ve grown a little. The Austin Children’s Museum blog shows how simple it is to get your garden started inside. You can also start herbs this way and have them handy for cooking.

I buy eggs at my local farmer’s market, and most of the egg vendors will reuse egg cartons! If they get one from a different vendor, they just put their own sticker over it. This might not be allowed in all markets, but it’s worth checking.
When I was a kid one Halloween I dressed up as the Statue of Liberty. My mom made most of my costume, including the crown which was from an old egg carton>:)
