When I’m trudging around in my winter boots and bundled up in a big coat, it can be nice to add a little more spark to an outfit. Hair accessories are a great way to add a pop of color and pattern to your winter attire.     We can also make hair bows out of candy wrappers. Lay the wrapper flat. then join the top and bottom (length wise) together. Tie a string and put a hair pin through it. Now you can wear it from both sides!
