Crafty Reuse: Glass Bottles on Re-Nest

You know we love a good glass bottle craft around these parts! We’ve featured a few awesome crafters who reuse glass bottles in their work. Of course, you won’t be surprised that we loved Re-Nests’ round up of great glass bottle craft ideas!

Not only did the Re-Nest round up have some unusual uses we’d never seen before, make sure you scroll to the end for a simple glass cutting tutorial! Store bought bottle cutters run between $30 and $40, but the Re-Nest tutorial just calls for gloves, safety glasses, a triangular file, and sand paper. They don’t specify what you should use to sand, but you’d probably want to go with a super-fine sand paper, and do the sanding while the glass is wet.

Ready to get your glass-cutting on? Head on over to Re-Nest for the instructions!
