Giveaway: Win a Make Your Own Gummies Kit from Glee Gum

Gummies made from the Make Your Own Gummies Kit by Glee Gum

If you read my review of the Make Your Own Gummies kit from Glee Gum, then perhaps you thought it was something that you wanted to try out for yourself.

If so, you’re in luck!

Glee Gum is giving away one copy of their Make Your Own Gummies kit to one lucky reader. Read on to see how YOU can be that winner!

Please note: The Make Your Own Gummies kit can only be shipped to a winner within the continental United States.

When you enter our giveaway, please be a dear and do me two favors:

  1. Put a correct and regularly-checked email address into the form. We won’t ever sell it or publish it, and it’s the only way that Glee Gum can contact you to ask for your mailing address to ship you your brand-new Make Your Own Gummies Kit.
  2. Choose a screen name that’s pretty unique, or at least stick the initial of your last name into it. We like to announce the name of our winner, and a lot of you seem to be named Beth (it’s a good name!).

Now, for the good stuff. To enter this giveaway, do at least one (and yes, you can do all!) of the following:

  1. Comment on this post and tell us if you’ve ever made any unusual foods yourself instead of buying them. Marshmallows? A DIY Snickers bar? Your very own chewing gum? How’d it turn out? This comment will earn you one entry.
  2. Like Glee Gum on Facebook and comment back here to say that you Like Glee Gum for one entry.
  3. Follow Glee Gum on Twitter and comment back here to say that you’re a Twitter follower for one entry.
  4. Like Crafting a Green World on Facebook and comment back here to say that you Like us for one entry.
  5. Finally, spread the word about the giveaway–blog it, Facebook it, or tweet it–and comment back here to say that you spread the word for one more entry.

The giveaway closes at 6:00 am Eastern time on March 25; I’ll publish the winner in our March 26 blog post, so be on the lookout!

Teaching myself guitar? Doing it right now. How cool is this. I “liked” you on Facebook and glee gum too.

  2. We’ve attempted a great deal of DIY treats over the past year, one of which we decided to turn into a hobby-ish business where we make gourmet marshmallows and list ’em on Etsy and our website, all made to order. It started out last December as part of a holiday hot chocolate gift basket for our kid’s Kindergarten teachers, but one thing lead to another and we’ve found ourselves trying to develop and perfect new and off the wall flavors… we’ve certainly been busy making batch after batch of these things, but it’s so much fun! People love them, and that makes us want to keep at it for a long time to come.

I never really tried anything out of the box, else than a recipe I have never made. I guess I am not that adventurous! lol

  4. Panya says:

Mayo would be the most adventurous thing I’ve made. Since I’m vegetarian I’ve always wanted to make my own marshmallows.

We make all of our own treats! I’m hoping that for Easter we’ll try out marshmellows, but would love some homemade gummies to add to the baskets also, we like you on Facebook

  12. Julie Kosker says:

Wow! My 2.5 yo has a gummy addiction and we roo the day we ever let her have her 1st taste. THis would solve major problems… 2nd only to world peace! Weird foods, well, my husband loves to hunt but we have a rule that we have to eat what is killed. So, my toddler has eaten squirrel, rabbit and uh… this is embarassing… ground hog :(

  13. Julie Kosker says:

I already “liked” you on facebook :)

  14. Bunniphish says:

I am not sure what is considered unusual… I make a lot of candies from scratch. It is amazing how many things start out with heavy syrup (which is souter easy to make). I’d rather make my goodies than buy them; they taste more satisfying that way

  15. StephD says:

I’ve never made anything unusual so this will be a first!

  16. erisgrrrl says:

We make our own marshmallows pretty regularly. We’ve also made our own root beer candies. Once I tried to make gummies with juice and agar-agar but those didn’t work as well as I had hoped (er, well, really at all)!
