Five Things You Can Make With An Egg Carton

egg cartons
Eggs are a staple food in most households. Families can easily go through a carton or two a week and that can add up to a lot of cardboard or styrofoam. Some grocery stores offer eggs in bulk so you can reuse your cartons. If you aren’t able to buy your eggs this way, you’re bound to be looking for ways to reuse the leftover cartons. Here are five crafts that you can make utilizing this common kitchen packaging.

I buy eggs at my local farmer’s market, and most of the egg vendors will reuse egg cartons! If they get one from a different vendor, they just put their own sticker over it. This might not be allowed in all markets, but it’s worth checking.
