5. Dyed Pasta by Homegrown and Healthy

Moms, you’re going to love this project from Aubrey at Homegrown and Healthy! Aubrey dyed uncooked pasta for fun sensory play with her children. All you need is uncooked pasta, rubbing alcohol, dye, and something to dye the pasta in. Aubrey suggests using plastic baggies, but you could also use a bowl/tupperware that you don’t mind getting dyed. All of the bright and fun colors are perfect for sensory play and are so much better than plastic toys! You could also make your own natural, non-toxic dye.
