Fab Fabrics: Eco-Friendly Options from J&O Fabrics

Organic and bamboo fabric from J&O Fabrics

Fabric retailer J&O Fabrics recently added some eco options to their line, and they’re offering a 15% discount code good through the end of November if you want to try them out.

Ryan at J&O Fabrics said:

There are multiple reasons why J&O Fabrics added an eco-friendly line of fabric. We wanted to bring in fabrics where people could make their kids items and not have to worry about where the fabric came from or be concerned about any potential health hazards.

Their eco-friendly line includes organic cottons as well as a 100% bamboo fabric. Folks who have followed this site for a while know my feelings about bamboo fabric. While it’s a better option than conventional cotton, when you can snag organic cotton or hemp, avoiding bamboo is a no-brainer, in my opinion.

If you’d like to try J&O Fabric’s eco-friendly offerings, you can use the coupon code STITCH at checkout to get 15% off.

It’s been a little while since we talked about the pros and cons of bamboo around here. How do you guys feel about it?
