		<description>We fill them with water and then stick the in the freezer, they make great ice blocks for the cooler when we go hiking or camping. I also use them to mix my hiking water, I mix up a huge batch of citomax or propel with water in an old milk jug, beats mixing it every time I fill my bottle up.</description>
