Ooh, and how super-cool would it be to bind all your scraps of paper with all the lists and stuff into a book? Maybe with some extra blank pages for more list-y goodness.

The best thing I've found about carrying around a little blank book is the ability to keep working on works in progress--if an idea for a new way to make a pinback hits me while we're at the park, I can write it down, or if I have some free time at the library I can open it up and work on my book proposal for a few minutes.

such a great idea for getting all those scraps of paper, where i jot down various lists and ideas, all bound in one book! i have a tendency to treat bound, blank journals as too precious to use. i've been pushing myself to just use all the ones i have around, and maybe for christmas, i'll treat myself, and the whole family to those awesome moleskine ones.
