I was hoping I could get rid of my eggs-tras by sending them to you! Seriously, I agree that wasteful packaging is obscene and I don't buy plastic eggs altough the US is riddled with them. I personally can see nothing wrong with real eggs! They cook up pretty nicely, taste good, the shells go into the compost and that's almost the end if the problem. The remiander of the problem is that I buy only a few since they are not necessarily heart friendly- but all things in moderation!
